近日，安利马赫集团宣布收购Façade Access股份集团，该集团总部位于澳大利亚，在全球拥有600名员工，是建筑维护设备的供应商。Façade Access股份集团旗下有CoxGomyl和Manntech两个品牌，90%的世界最高12座建筑安装使用其提供的维护系统。此次收购价值9100万美元，预计在今年年末完成，被安利马赫集团首席执行官Tormod Gunleiksrud称为“一次强有力的战略性匹配”。
ALIMAK GROUP MAKES MAJOR ACQUISITION
Alimak Group has announced the acquisition of Façade Access Holdings, a building maintenance unit (BMU) provider headquartered in Australia with 600 employees worldwide. Façade Access owns the CoxGomyl and Manntech brands and has installed systems on 90% of the world’s tallest 12 buildings. The deal, worth US$91 million and described by Alimak CEO Tormod Gunleiksrud as “a strong strategic fit,” is expected to close by the end of this year.
